About Diane Collins

Meet Your Mentor, Diane Collins

Diane Collins has spent more than 30 years inside K-12 school systems as a classroom teacher, special program coordinator, mentor, and union president representing 1,800 educators.

As a TESA (Teacher Expectations and Student Achievement) Educator and a former member of the National Education Association's Board of Teachers in Washington, D.C., Diane has worked at every level of the system from leading single classrooms to participating in national conversations about what students and teachers actually need.

Diane has dedicated her life to serving those around her. From her first day teaching to now, her mission has always been the same. Diane helps people reach their full potential so they can pass it on and help others do the same.

Educator. Leader. Mentor.

Diane mentors new and mid-career educators who know they are meant for more, whether "more" lives inside the classroom, in school leadership, or somewhere entirely new.

Using her Pillars of Growth Framework, she helps educators get clear on what they want, build a plan to get there, and follow through with the confidence and resilience the work demands.

If you're an educator who dreams of making a bigger impact, Diane will help you get what you need to reach your most ambitious goals.
